How do I connect to RustAxia servers?

Open Rust, press F1 to open the console, and type: client.connect IP:PORT (you can find the IP on our homepage). Alternatively, search for "RustAxia" in the server browser.

When do servers wipe?

Wipe schedules vary by server. Check each server's description on the homepage for specific wipe times. Most servers wipe on Thursdays when Facepunch releases updates.

What are the team limits?

Team limits depend on the server. Check the server description for specific limits. Our main servers typically have team limits of 4-8 players.

Store & Donations

How long do VIP perks last?

VIP perks are typically valid for 30 days from purchase. Some packages may have different durations - check the store page for specific details.

Do I keep my perks after a wipe?

Yes! Your VIP status and perks persist through wipes. Only in-game items and progress are reset during wipes.

Can I get a refund?

Please see our Refund Policy for details. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 48 hours of purchase if items haven't been used.

Bans & Appeals

Why was I banned?

Bans are issued for violating our server rules. Common reasons include cheating, toxic behavior, or exploiting bugs. Create a support ticket to learn more about your ban.

How do I appeal a ban?

Create a support ticket and select "Ban Appeal" as the category. Provide your Steam ID and explain why you believe the ban should be lifted. Include any evidence that supports your case.

How do I report a player?

Use F7 in-game to report players directly to Facepunch. For server-specific issues, create a support ticket with evidence (screenshots, videos, Steam profile link).

How long does support take to respond?

We aim to respond to all tickets within 24 hours. Complex issues may take longer. For urgent matters, you can also reach out on our Discord server.
