Refund Policy

Important Notice

All purchases are considered donations to support server operations. Virtual items and perks are provided as a thank-you gift for your support.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods and virtual items, all purchases are generally considered final. However, we understand that mistakes can happen, and we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

2. Eligible for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • Technical issues on our end prevented you from receiving your items
  • You were charged multiple times for the same purchase
  • The purchase was made fraudulently (with proper verification)
  • Request is made within 48 hours of purchase AND items have not been used

3. Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

  • You have already used or benefited from the purchased items
  • Your account was banned for rule violations
  • Server wipes occurred (this is normal Rust gameplay)
  • You simply changed your mind after using the perks
  • More than 48 hours have passed since the purchase

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Open a support ticket
  • Select "Billing/Donation Issue" as the category
  • Provide your Steam ID and transaction details
  • Explain the reason for your refund request

5. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • Funds will be returned to the original payment method
  • All associated items and perks will be removed from your account

6. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us will result in an immediate and permanent ban from all RustAxia services. Please contact us first to resolve any issues.
